Wow. As a new patient I am blown away by how helpful and kind the staff was. I was taken care of in a very timely manner and I truly felt respected and listened to. I've been receiving behavioral care for more than half my life, so I have experience with many *many* facilities, some terrible! But this was a very pleasant appointment. My doctor was fantastic and I look forward to continuing care here! They took a high stress situation for me and made it smooth like butter! I can't thank these folks enough.

They actually do have great team at the dentist office. I was impressed with the new facility. I don't think they do dental implants as they don't do specific traumatic dental injuries but this is the place is to go spot for all basic dentistry works including extractions, and affordable. They are very quick to schedule a emergency appointment when possible. My head was pounding with endless sharp shooting pains, I felt like a whole new person the next day after visiting Dr Green and his kind assistant, Betty.

I see Timothy nuse he is the kindest person I've had the pleasure of knowing and unfortunately I have horrible health so it's saying alot because I see alot of physicians in and out of this state montana I'm saying this because it's 100 percent true I wish more would follow in time steps or be half the doctor he is. Unfortunately he is not readily available because he's so awesome but deserves to be recognized for it still and pure honesty he cares has a heart and a soul if your lucky enough to see Tim you will be very lucky and in amazing hands. Thanks tim for all you do for me even though most won't even take the risk with my health issues. One last thing I want to appreciate this man for being by my side as ever tooth had to be taken out of my mouth he stood by the dentist james at greater valley who was awe

Super disappointed in greater valley. My father referred me to them and as a provider Cathy is great. She and her nurse are very helpful and listen but there was an issue with an ekg and talk about a mess. I was given an ekg that showed I had a heart attack. Super stressful and scary, I was sent to the ER and spent 6 hours in the ER on 3 different ekg machines and many blood test to confirm that I was in fact fine and it must have been an error on the part of greater valley. Great… so I was told the er doc would relay to greater valley and I assume that is what happened. When I got the 2600 dollar er bill I reached out to greater valley about possibility comping my visit as it was an error and was told I would have to talk to billing. I left my first message for Rowena Jan 2025 and spoke to many other billing people and told I could not get anything done until I talked to Rowena. After multiple messages and then getting upset that I was being sent to collections as of June 2025 I finally get a call from her. The lack of empathy and understanding from her is monumental. She truly could care less that a clinic she is the head of billing for cost one of her patients 2600 dollars, she offered me a comp of the ekg. She couldn’t be bothered to comp the 120 visit but only the 28 dollar ekg. Wow I am blown away at how little she cared and how belittling she was the whole time. I paid the bill but this is the last dime they will ever get from me.
