So I live in north valley and can't get a ride for my meds so I had them delivered but I was having non-stop phone problems and they tried to call me but my phone wasn't working so they canceled me to ever get my meds delivered DO BETTER

Called this place to try and get a dentist appointment and instead of asking for my information which I could provide the employee @10:26am August 20th said “I’ll transfer you” and then proceeded to hang up on me, I had to go in person and show them physically all my information which then they did finally get me an appointment miraculously…. Funny

I started at Pureview for their dental clinic, and have nothing but gratitude for the work they do. I actually ended up transferring my medical and behavioral health care from St. Peter’s to them, and my healthcare has never been better. Helena is so lucky to have Pureview in the community!

Up until now it wasn't too bad, my appointments were being scheduled at first, but now they have rescheduled 2 of my appointments without my knowledge and I they told me they rescheduled it for this week at 11am the last week they had it scheduled at 2pm and now they have rescheduled the one they've rescheduled twice for the 20th at 11am. I am starting to get very frustrated because I do need therapy otherwise I will not be okay. I will also sue if you guys continue this behavior. I am not a lady to mess with and that's fact. I have severe enough issues that I am in dire need of a therapy appointment.
