Elizabeth Erickson is the most pretentious, prideful, and arrogant doctor I've ever met. And sapphire community health is a terrible office. I've asked for 2 refills on medications. One was an inhaler that they fought me on while I was on vacation and it had fallen out of the car. I need that to live. And they tried to deny me saying "we have 3 days to refill a medication." I let that one go. This time, I broke my ankle. While I'm 6 months pregnant. I asked for a refill on my pain management meds, and was told that I would not be receiving a refill unless I went to the emergency room, and they refused to set up a same day appointment for me. I had a 3 day supply and I wasn't scheduled to see the Ortho for another 7 days. You tell me just how I am supposed to survive this break while I am out of pain meds that you refuse to refill??? I'm not flagged for med seeking. I actually refuse to take medications unless strictly necessary, and had Elizabeth spent ANY TIME AT ALL getting to know me, she would know this. Poor, pifitul doctors that roam the halls of a poor, pitiful clinic. The only reason you still see me as a patient is because I actually enjoy my psychologist and her nurse, but I will NEVER be back to see a doctor in your office for anything besides mental health. Pathetic.
Super great people at Sapphire Health, that have kept me alive through a few unexpected, as they patiently with empathy and effort work with me to maintain my quality of life. I am a big fan and very grateful for the excellent healthcare they provide. 10/10
I have had some good experiences with Sapphire and Jean Higgins Perretto. However, I experience a very disturbing outcome each month as I have to refill my medication. It is simply a struggle to work with my pharmacy and Sapphire Clinic.
A huge thank you and shoutout to Sapphire Community Health in Hamilton, MT! 👀If you’re in the Missoula/Bitterroot area and are looking for excellent Medical care, Sapphire Community Health might be just for you. 😲I visited them today with a friend and I was absolutely blown away. 🤯. The level of care and attention along with full transparency was something I’d never experienced in a medical setting. 💯💯💯I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation! While medical drugs can be harmful, some need them until they can get on without them. I got the impression that the staff here genuinely strive to get people to a full state of health and living a natural holistically healthy life. I’m not speaking for them, that’s just my takeaway. They were authentic and legitimately happy to see my friend making such progress ❤️ 😊🏃♀️They all looked healthy and happy. It was so refreshing to witness.
I have been a patient at Sapphire now for a number of years and can't begin to express how above and beyond my doctor and the staff have gone to support me thru the years. Sarah Reinhardt is my doctor and I consider her a godsend for the care she continues to provide me and I would not be where I am today without her continued support. I travel alot thru out my career and have trouble expressing what I go thru to have stability in my life but the whole staff at Sapphire has made it possible for me to continue striving in my field of work and I couldn't thank them enough for their support. If you need a true support system and are tired of medical corparations treating you like a number, I highly recommend Sapphire and can honestly say I feel apart of the family with Sarah and the rest of the staff at Sapphire.
