Very rarely do I write reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience with Trisha Taylor. With four children, one of which having special needs and complex medical issues, we've seen our fair share of pediatric providers. Trisha is hands down THE BEST pediatric NP I've ever met. Her level of care is unmatched. She goes above and beyond for not only her patients but their families, too. Every visit with her is thorough. She takes the time to listen to any and all concerns, big and small, and without an ounce of judgement or criticism. She is willing to accommodate all kinds of kiddos and their needs. She's both friendly and personable. My kids absolutely adore her and even look forward to their appointments now. I cannot recommend her enough.

We took my granddaughter in last week to see Dr. Venuti after we had been up all night with her crying and had been crying most of the day. As we were walking down the hall, he states, "that sounds exactly like an ear infection cry." He was 100% right. She had a double ear infection. He was quick but thorough, he gave us a realistic timeline of when to expect her better, and explained everything in a way we all could understand. Super friendly, super wonderful!

I saw a female PA. She said she was overwhelmed by my condition, and by the amount of information she got after I signed the ROI. I felt I had a good rapport with her, but she was so overwhelmed by my illness, I requested another provider. When I called to try to get switched over, one of the male (LPNs or RN) started harassing me. He mocked me, repeated my words and kept me on hold, leaving me, unable to go any further in the conversation until I mentioned I was recording him. It was frustrating and humiliating. He said- I was tarnishing her name by requesting a new provider. I started to record his harassment, but then realized I just didn't care and left Alluvian altogether. Who knew that there would be pushback from this organization, I wasn't complaining just requesting a new provider. Horrible organization don't go here!

Saw joe joslyn and felt totally dismissed by him. He spent a total of 2 minutes in the room with me and sent me home with a mild cough suppressant(it did absolutely nothing). 3 days later I was diagnosed with pneumonia from benefis. The man was unhelpful and borderline rude. I cant help but wonder if its because im a woman, or is mr.joslyn just incompetent?

I have had the pleasure of working with LoriAnn at Alluvion Healthcare a couple of times, and I can honestly say she is one of a kind. I’ve never clicked with someone so quickly, nor have I ever felt so genuinely cared for. Lori Ann takes the time to listen without making me feel rushed, and she goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and supported. Her compassion, professionalism, and kindness truly set her apart. I definitely give her five stars and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking care.
