Everyone is very professional cuz they are polite and always helpful I appreciate their concern and their help when I have appeared and was there because my grandson had a flu bug or something and when I was checking him in the lady at the counter I won't mention her name Sue, say why are you talking like that I guess I have a little sore throat or something and she said well you're having a hard time breathing I said yeah I'll rest you know when I get home and next thing I know I had two ladies at the door saying sure will you come with us and they took me right into a room and started me breathing into this tube with blue solution and they had me do I think two of those and a big shot which all help me breathe a lot better and then had me see a doctor and the doctor gave me a couple prescriptions to take which I guess I needed since I have COPD and they probably save me from going to the hospital or even worse because of their being so attentive and caring and I can't think them enough for that so I've told them thank you but that seems so inadequate but I will tell them thank you here on this screen and hope they get the recognition they certainly deserve. Thank you all for being wonderful and caring

This clinic is outstanding! Everyone is always pleasant and helpful, and I am always treated with so much kindness. Same Day appointments available, primary care, behavioral health services, pharmacy, and dental. The providers always make me feel seen, heard, understood, and comfortable. Multiple locations in Southwest Montana-Butte, Anaconda, and Dillon. Excellent healthcare for the whole family in one place! 10/10

The actual dr I see is great but ,The dentist side sucks they won’t schedule appointments more than a week out then tell you to call for an emergency visit when they already have all the slots full after saying they have an appointment then it being they don’t this had been more than a month trying to get in about a broke tooth very disappointing to see they only care about a paycheck not peoples dental work being done, where is the human compassion other here. The male director is very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend dental work here.

Unfortunately Doctor Jennifer Murphy is Horrible, She must be affiliated with St James/ scl health. She has no empathy for people who are in severe pain.. and when you talk to her on the phone, she actually sounds like a cold HEARTLESS you know what!!! She must be AI!! No feelings!! IFi could give less than a zero! Then I would!!

Always treated poorly. One Dr. made me very sick, and then the next Dr. told me she wouldnt touch me bc I didnt have insurance, then tried to charge me over $1,000 for the visit! I had to figure it out for myself. Front desk clerks only tell half-information. Im done. Sue Burton was the only caring person at that hospital, and shes retired. Wouldn't bother.
