Heather D. Was amazing. I am relieved with my results. This is amazing place!
Hello everyone i am it's been long time since I was at program and just want to say thank you for everything and to go 61 program too you all safe my life and if not all two program I would not had safe place for my 3 beautiful kids now thanks again for everything
Great idea on paper, but not a place to seek gender affirming care/HRT if your BMI is 40 or above. They will ask if you want to come in to get your BMI under control, even if your health records show you've been actively working on it for a year.
It is not hyperbole to say this place has saved my life more than once. Between their case management and the one-stop shop aspect of having the pharmacy/therapist/doctor all in one - I cannot imagine where I’d be today without them.
I used to sing the praises of the AIDS project of the Ozarks, I participated in their walk every fall, and I donated when I could. I had a relative on the board of directors who has since passed away, and I can say for certain he would be terribly disappointed in the direction that the AIDS project of the Ozarks is going. So. I give them a zero. Impossible to reach anyone at the clinic, and the NP had me taking medications that interacted with each other, in addition to a hormone for someone with a uterus, (I had a full hysterectomy, and she knew this) not to mention she recommended I take 5 thousand milligrams of Vitamin D per day which is dangerous. I have documentation to support all of these claims. I had questions about the bills I was receiving after I was no longer a patient. I left message after message for someone in the billing department and no one called me back, yet the bills kept coming. 0/0 Stars.
