The worst place to get care. It’s like going to your grandma and telling her what’s wrong and she telling you what she thinks is wrong. They go off what you say then they guess. Oh it sounds like XYZ…. No X-rays no ultrasound just a guess! So the problem persists and I don’t know what it is. They take blood work say they’re running test and I never heard from them with results. From the staff to the doctors they all are there for a check not the care of the patients. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR HELP!
Disappointing… The truth that so many rely on this clinic is saddening. The level of care for my son was bare minimum. No follow up on labs. We had to repeatedly call. Was told no results were in for over a week. Questioned if the labs were in fact done, when the were drawn at the Ferguson clinic. A1C was not checked and my son is pre diabetic and overweight. All of this with the knowledge that he was gone on Winter Break from college. Needless to say I have found him a new physician.
I’m a new patient from a different state in need of albuterol. They give me an appointment for next year. I asked so I can’t breathe now what do you suppose I do, just die until you see me? Her response was , yes ma’am. This place is a joke
I went in for a mammogram on the 7th. I received a letter stating I would need extra screening because something looked suspicious. I contacted them and couldn’t get in touch with Felicia Scott. I left several messages and wasn’t contacted until a month later. I was told I would be contacted to schedule the ultrasound and that still hasn’t happened. I plan on going to a different doctor just to get better care because this is ridiculous and ghetto. Now what if I’m in stage four and I’ve wasted a whole month of my life just trying to find out if I have it or not.ðŸ˜
so unbelievably unprofessional. I don't have just one complaint, I have several: •made an appointment, I checked in and waited for 3 hours. they finally asked me what I needed and then they told me that the receptionist never checked me in to begin with. after all that I couldn't even see the doctor. no apology or explanation. •came for help for my mental health, I was involuntary committed to a DePaul Hospital locked ward for several days. after I was finally able to be released, I had to pay at least $9000 in hospital bills. Betty Jean said that I was hospitalized under their program. they did not help me pay any bills. •during another appointment I was led to a back room and saw no one or got any help for 2 hours. I could hear other patients get treated but not one person came to help me. •tried to check in with internal medicine, they told everyone to go back to the front because they were going to lunch. people had been standing around for at least 30 mins. they did not explain anything to anyone and just walked away. I am so done with Betty Jean. they do not help or care about their patients and spend more time laughing and joking around than the work they should be doing.
