Great place Rachael is a amazing doctor! They go above and beyond especially helping families that need it! Chrisi is also a kind helpful person!
Every time I go in the pharmacy is great and quick with getting me our pick up. However anytime my wife or I deal with the staff at the front desk it’s a nightmare. We were put on hold for over 15 minutes just to schedule an appointment and ended up going into the office to schedule it since they didn’t feel like helping us over the phone.
This staff is so sweet. My son had a double ear infection that was misdiagnosed at urgent care the day before. They got me right in when I explained his symptoms. Caitlin Colescott is so sweet, personable, and actually cares for her patients. My son is finally sleeping peacefully for the first time in days and I'm so happy he'll have relief soon 🩵
I've been going to this provider for about five years now. I moved to this area in an emergency. I had a close relative who needed some care, and I came up with basically one suitcase. I also came with no medical provider and about five days of medication. This is why I recommend Family Medicine Associates. Of course, I had a lot to do when I got here. One of those was finding a new general practitioner. The process was daunting because either no one would accept a new patient, or they had strict insurance rules, or wanted some kind of referral. Seemed rather like a vip club I was trying to get into rather than just get a prescription filled. Finally, I was able to get a good piece of advice from a relative to try family medicine associates. Not only do they take walk-ins, I was told, which meant I could come that day, but they have sliding scale fees and accept medicaid and Medicare. I was speechless. I went the same day and was established with primary care.
I love northwest health services they have always treated me well, and i Was very happy that they could get me in when they could. However Trevor predu was probably the worst person I could have been given, he diagnosed my issue in under 30 seconds wasnt in the room for more than two minutes prescribed an ointment but then he didn't call in my prescription, so I got to spend the whole weekend with painful rashes and sores on both hands and wrists, they have become much more severe since he saw me.
