I dont ever write reviews but this has happened 4xs now within 6 months making an appointment ...but the past few days I've been calling non stop trying to schedule an appointment because Im sick ...either voicemail or hung up on. Apparently they need a new scheduler she never returns a call or acknowledge you.
I have had the best experience with great mines dental I enjoy my visit they are always pretty precise with their work and they are great about getting you in and out and feeling confident about your smile. No lies hands down I would recommend anyone especially on Medicad to try this place. They take a sliding scale and Medicaid so if u get the lowest price for dentures they are really affordable trust me.
Got a bill for $30 when called and asked about it they said it was due to “missed appointment fees” Was not aware they even did that, 2 I talked to the manager and explain to her that I didn’t receive appointment cards, my number in the system was wrong for phone reminders, and I called to cancel appointments in advance, she was not helpful and rude, acted like she could careless to speak with me. The office staff has always been snotty and stuck up. If it weren’t for the awesome and sweet Hygienist and dentist there, I’d take my business elsewhere.
1 star rating AUTOMATICALLY.! I was trying to get an xray of my tooth that was abcessed and the lady kept on SHOVING the xray piece in my mouth and hurt my tooth rly bad as if it wasn’t already throbbing in pain. She told me to just “lean my head back” and it could only go so far because the seats didn’t recline far enough.
Scheduled my kid for a school shot and they said ok but also would have to re sign up for benefits so I'm like sure. Sign up and had to remind them about the shots, then they tell me they don't have any shots. That was the point of the entire appointment! Then took my kid there because he had been sick, they barely looked at him at all and said he's fine, he's been running a high fever and coughing nonstop and hes been sleeping through the day, he's clearly sick but they prescribed nothing at all. Ya, I'll go somewhere else
