I had to call the corporate office to lodge a complaint about the Joplin location because, yet again, I find myself without a doctor and medication. I initially called on November 12th and left a message for a callback. About an hour later, Kelly returned my call. She apologized for the delay, which I appreciated, and during our four-minute conversation, I shared my concerns. At the time, she seemed genuinely empathetic and promised to follow up within a day. That was nine days ago, and I’ve heard nothing since. This ongoing lack of communication and accountability is beyond frustrating. It’s exhausting to deal with a company that doesn’t prioritize patient care or follow through on commitments. If you have any other healthcare options, I strongly recommend avoiding Access Health.
Good dentist cheap prices but still quality care
Not good. The turnover rate is insane! They seem to get great people to work in the clinics, but they either overwork them or push, them out, or both. They upcharge patients for limited services, and it does not seem like that extra goes to anyone that actually has any contact with patients. Okay alternative to the ER, but you're still going to have to wait and honestly I wouldn't bring my grandma or my child. I would look for another community clinic that is about the patients, not the profits.
