If you call to make an appointment, and they ignore your call, dont believe the voicemail message that says they will call you back. In fact it'd be faster to get a new Healthcare provider, than to wait for them to get actually answer the phone, so you can make an appointment. LIZ Its NOT my job to do the job you get paid for!! Plus, part of my ongoing illness, affects the memory. So forgive me for not remembering to call you back just because YOU'RE incompetent.

The check-In front desk staff, the nurses, the behavioral health staff, the physicians, the kitchen staff, Dr. Waheed, the NP’s..!!! Well, ALL of their hardworking, exceptional staff, at the Arthur Center. Somehow, most of their staff at this local are still able to exhibit genuine empathy & compassion, despite working in such a trying environment, such as mental health. [Dr. T? Not recommended unless you’re on basic, widely used, psychiatric medicine. 👎]

They have now canceled mine and my kids appointments for the third time. I now will not be able to get the work I needed done do to I had to have it done before my son turned 1yrs old and they kept rescheduling me. Was also supposed to have someone call for one of my kids for a intake paperwork and still no call. My other 2 kids they canceled thier appointments now for the 3rd time along with mine.

Tyva is a JOKE!! She skipped THREE of my appointments, we did the genetic swab test in HER OFFICE she administered it sealed it and took it to the front to mail... I got a text from testing center saying the received it and would let me know when results were ready. I got that text, went in to get results for Tyva to say I didn't give you that or send it off. I don't have it.. So I have now switched to Dr. T and the staff in the back have done AMAZING at correcting wrongs done by Tyva and helping me get the care I deserve. Only other complaint is the older receptionist is RUDE and seems to constantly have an attitude and is of little to no help. Honestly not a good fit for Mental health clients..... Other wise the staff is AMAZING!!!

Best doctor I've ever had well nurse practitioner. But she is my doctor and she's fantastic. Could not be happier. My health has improved so much. I just recently went to the eye doctor there and he was awesome and his staff was awesome. Listen the place has great doctors. Good nurses and they really care about you. They have a great behavioral health. I personally love this place and I feel like my health has gotten better because they care because they love their jobs. So my doctor's there my behavioral health. Is there my dentist and my eye care and they all do a great job.
