I had a great experience during my visit with the Hope Family Care Center. The staff was very welcoming, informative and determined to meet my needs.

Worst possible experience. I had to call them 21 times to get them to correct my antibiotic that was urgently needed. Turns out doc wrote the wrong dosage to prescription. It took 6 days to get someone to help and when I did the doc doubled down that he did it right. The pharmacy said he didn't and wouldn't give me my meds. Unreal experience. Awful. Would like to say though the receptionists are always very great, I know it's not on them. They were the ones that took it upon themselves to solve the issue!

I had an appointment this morning at 11 for lab work. I get there get checked in and then back to a room. 30 minutes later the assistant comes in and said the doctor was gone for the day. I asked her why I was checked in and all that if the doctor left this morning. She stated he was unaware of my appointment and if I coukd come back at 1. I will not come back at 1 and I will not come back any time after that.

Waited a week to get in. Go in for my appointment. Sit there and they call me up, fill out paperwork and sit there again. Get called up to inform me that the doctor is not in but I can see another doctor. I agree. Sit there again for 20 minutes and another lady comes out and says we can't be seen and we can reschedule for tomorrow, NO...wait, Monday. No thank you. You should know I heard your conversation on how this all got messed up. People take time off work and their schedules to be seen by a doctor for no frivolous reasons. Completely unacceptable. If this is how you treat your patients, I'll go somewhere else.
