I try to be a positive and kind person but the disrespect of the front desk lady to me and my mom is horrible! Every time they answer the phone, it’s very rude. But They scheduled me for one time and then Less than 12 hours, tell me it’s actually a different time. Which is false because I had a physical paper stating what time it was. I have already taken off work and don’t have any more time to take when I brought this up to them. She simply said there’s nothing she could do and she can’t deal with me right now. The dentists are amazing! I will say that. But it’s very sad to see horrible front desk service with such an amazing doctors. I am now trying to contact managers or HR or someone who could take care of this issue so far no luck. Will probably be moving clinics soon

The triage nurses are rude, blunt, and nasty on the phone. My final call made on yesterday. The attitude was high and mighty- like she was the primary coordinator of care! So twisted. I hope to Never Ever return after realizing that the nurses are the ones who basically determine whether or not your getting a prescription filled despite the doctors orders. Disgusting

Took my Granddaughter for her scheduled OBGYN appt. Front desk staff are professional, pleasant to talk to and knowledgable. They made check in easy. The doctor was prompt, right on time and was able to answer all her questions.

The negligence of these people cost me a trip to the ER. My initial appointment was to go get an allergen test against a particular item and they did not put in the request when I did my blood work, which was very negligent of them. Then try to play it off as if oh I should come back and do it, but I’ll have to repay for that. End up in the emergency room because of Alpha gal syndrome. Which was what I went here to get the allergy test for but because I’m a black woman and nobody takes a black woman serious in America nowadays I was overlooked. And please do not make any dumb comments underneath this review. I will not like to reach out to you. I’ve already reached out to the manager and to HR and nothing was done. You guys just blame me for everything. I will be finding a different provider and I think anybody who is reading this shit too.

Dr. John Rockett is great! I've been under his care for several years and have never once been confused about or disappointed in the medical care. He listens to my concerns and explains his ideas well which creates a good and trusting patient/doctor relationship.
