I would rate this facility five stars because the staff and the physicians are really good. However, the physician assistant Travis is probably one of the rudest medical professionals I've ever come across. During a visit today, My cell phone rang and I declined the call immediately and it rang again and I declined that call immediately as well. While I was declining that call, the physician assistant Travis told me to have a nice day and walked out during the visit. I understand and respect there's a sign in the room that states no use of cell phones and I respect that. However, ending the visit because my cell phone rang and the calls were declined immediately does not warrant Travis walking out of the visit. Fortunately, I will not request him when needing to see a doctor moving forward. I would like to reiterate, the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. The rest of the staff and doctors definitely deserve five stars.
