I've had 2 appointments here after moving into the area. Everyone has been nice and professional. They listen to me and came up with a treatment. They didn't rush me and I felt that she was genuine. So for now I like and recommend this clinic.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY WARNING - ALWAYS ASK FOR SUMMARY OF BILL My brother was trying to be seen yesterday for a meningitis vaccine had his copay taken, then brought back by a nurse to get weighed.... he was then told he couldn't be seen due to having BCBS insurance. They told him he couldn't have his copay back. He was never seen by a provider. Then he asked for the summary of the bill and it had complete BS coding and charges. We have tried calling since one is that he is a smoker and will go on his medical record for insurance to see. We have been transferred 7 times with no luck. Billing department (in Florida) says that his chart says they returned the copay (which he paid in cash and did not get back) but it might be too soon to see the full chart summary so we will wait for this to be escalated.
