I love Dr. Donkor. He is a wonderful pediatrician and his nurses are wonderful. They really care for your children. The midwife, Candace Pringle is amazing. She judges no one and will see anyone no matter how busy she is. I worked here as well. I have to say every place has its quirks, and I didn't leave on the best of terms, but I do say they have programs for everyone. I wish they would put more effort to making sure the staff has exactly what they need, increase wages, and hire more staff. I would say that is the downfall. They expect too much from one person because they do not hire enough staff and do not pay very well. I will continue to use Dr. Donkor as my kids pediatrician

Great doctors. They treat everyone the same. Only issue is the wait times in the pediatric and obgyn parts of the clinic. They have a good pediatric doctor but most of the nurses stand around talking. They have one nurse that does everything but the rest of them just sit around. The dentist office is great. They are also open on Saturdays.... They have a dietitian and also a pharmacy. It is a good place to meet most people needs they serve low income people on a sliding fee scale and have free services as well.....

Depends on which Dr you see. Appointments are easily made and wait times are minimal for appointments. The sliding pay scale is a life saver as well. With the exception of a couple of nurse practitioners I've seen in the past I see mostly friendly smiling faces there. Overall mostly positive experience.
