Staff is kind but the nurse who did my covid booster shot had shot the vaccination into my muscle and I know that the booster will make your arm sore for a few days but it has been 12 days since I got it and my arm is still struggling a bit to raise and a sharp pinch every time I do. I feel that the nurse may have shot it too high, but that may just be my opinion.
Temperature wasn't checked, misunderstanding of which Covid-19 vaccine, and no record card given for 1st dose.
Always very friendly and honest staff! Been very receptive to my requests and concerns. Wait time can be a bit length but they have very educational videos playing in the waiting room :)
I believe that Mallory is a very good clinic that takes pride in the service they provide. Any day is a good day to visit and see the doctors and nurse practitioners regarding your medical needs. Maria Porter-Shannon
I do not recommend for medical treatment. I when to see the doctor to get myself check out. Doctor stated you have hypertension, high cholesterol, and you are a diabetic. I knew about my pressure and cholesterol. That is why I am taking medicine. The doctor, she when on stated that I going to start you on this and that. My A-1C was low, just enter diabetes. The doctor did not consider offering me alternatives such as diet, exercise, meditation or any changes in my life style. Needles to say, the only prescription that I picked up was for my pressure. Well I call back in about three months later and the doctor that I had seen had left the Mallory for good. I could not get a refill on my pressure medication not unless I made another appointment. Why does the doctors at the Mallory come and go like a revolving door. There must be problems. Get with the times. If people can change their habits like smoking, drinking, avoiding stress and incorporate proper nutrition, exercise, meditation, support system and etc. Well then I say incorporate other things in the clients prescriptions. With all that said. I must admit that the Mallory does have an excellent employees such as the clinical social worker, Ms. Randle. Ms. Liily from medical records, Ms Culp just to mention a few.
