I’m disappointed to have to write this about a facility that is run and supported by people of color. However, waiting over three hours to be seen by a doctor is unacceptable. 2 hours in No lab work was done—just a temperature and blood pressure check. I’ve visited this place a few times, and they recently started calling to remind me of appointments. Unfortunately, one time they scheduled me for a day when my doctor wasn’t available and told me I could either reschedule or wait for another doctor. I’m paying to see my doctor, not someone else. If you have time to wait all day, this might be the place for you. If not, I’d recommend finding another facility.

Was transferred to a voicemail 2 times for what I thought was my doctor- - only to call back and they say she left 4 weeks ago. The front desk said nothing. Why keep sending me to a random voicemail. Let me think she was still their. I was told someone would be replacing her and assisting patients recently seen -such as myself if I need prescription. No one has returned my voicemail and now I am scrambling to find a PCP ..last minute and get RX before I am back in the ER! UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHEARTENING.

I took off one star for the wait, but for the most part, everyone was very nice and Dr. Wheaton is a very caring person. She will try to work with you and will also help you stay on track if you’re a diabetic. Will be back soon

Be prepared to wait at least 2 hours to see anyone. (Basic physical (usually takes 20 min with lab work) took over 4 hours - wait time to check out) You will have to call at least 5 times to get a refill and/or contact a person. Nurses are nice if you ever get to see them.
