When speaking to whomever in financial department, the phone was hung up in my face after asking a specific question. This was the second time. She wouldn’t listen to my specific request. Luckily Sharon stopped to answer my question so I do proper payment and paperwork. This is ridiculous when patients are in pain and nothing can be prescribe by the OBGYNs here. It shouldn’t be this way.

I will say that I enjoyed my doctor very much he took his time answered questions. My thyroid came back off and they did not change my medication took two days for a call back. I got ill went to minor care, it was a waste seeing Dr. K. Was so disappointed . I called following day to get help they never called. Do you care ? I have private insurance.

I have been trying for over a month to get doctor singley to transfer my dad prescription to a mail order pharmacy to help my dad get them. He has not returned my phone call so I'm taking the next steps to file a report of doctoral neglect against him. If administration will not help me. I will report them to the joint commission.

I am new to the Hattiesburg. I broke my front tooth and made an appointment at this clinic. Scheduling was a bit out (a month or so) However, I called the next day and thankfully someone had canceled their appointment. The dentist (MiMi) fixed my front tooth with no issue. And might I add that it looks spectacular!!! They do great work and for an affordable rate. $60. Can't beat it.

Horrible place to go. Administration will not return your call if you have a complaint. Had to beg the doctor to give me refills on my blood pressure meds. She finally did after not having any to take for 3 days and calling her office 3 times a day for a week. Did blood work 3 weeks ago, still haven't had a call from the nurse to give me results. I made 2 calls to administration. Left voice mail the first time and the nice lady answering the phone sent an email to administration the second time. They haven't returned my call yet. I have since changed providers and couldn't be happier.
