Called to set an appointment, on hold for a little while (no big deal), but then they answered and promptly hung up on me. How rude! Called back, and they did it again. Is this how you run your business? Unbelievable.
Do not recommend the biloxi pediatric center!!! We saw Wendy williams, and she was great but getting an appointment is like talking to a woman who can never understand what you are saying! Every time i call the woman always takes forever and never understands me. I asked for the pediatrician to call me once and was never called. They won’t see your kids if you even think they have covid. They say “you have to wait 6 days”. You usually can’t get a sick appointment on the same day either. Will be finding another pediatrician office. I would leave negative stars if i could!
today 04/11/2022 I received a bad treatment when I visited the dentist for fillings. this is not my first scheduled visit but this is the 4th time after 2x cleaning of tartar and 1x filling of the left side of the tooth. today's schedule for patching the right part. While in the room as usual I get an injection to numb the mouth. Then the doctor said she would be back. I waited more than 35 minutes since I was injected but no one came to my room.. I tried to ask and called the staff by saying "excuse me" 3 times but no one answered or came until finally I left the room and met Dr who came out from another room. in a state of disappointment i asked why I leaved for more than 35 minutes without any explanation.?? but Dentist not answer or explain. She came to my room and said " sorry let's do it." just like that. I still said to dr "if the doctor has business dealing with other patients and it takes more than 30 minutes you should have told me before and I will understand that.. but don't leave me in a numb state all this time.. and when she wanted to do a patch I already felt numb in my mouth and it would definitely hurt a lot if I did it but I still followed and tried to be cooperative until the assistant pulled the lamp hard towards me and caused the lamp cover to fall on my face. that's when I got up immediately and canceled then immediately left the room..they didn't even say sorry for treating the patient so badly and unprofessionally when I look for the manager to submit a complaint they say the manager is in a meeting and will contact me when it's finished.. I left my phone number and full name. and leave the clinic between 10.30 - 11 am. and until now I wrote this at 15.07 pm but no one from the clinic contacted me.. I'm not going to that dentist again. very disappointed with the handling and feel very unappreciated .. I went there not for free !!! i went there not for free. i pay like the other patient. so please treating your patient equally.!
I had an appointment at this location today, got there 10 minutes early and could not find parking. I was told to loop the block by the security guard because that was the overflow parking, I went around the block and ended up parking across and down the street in the mud. After walking through the mud and literally running down the road and across the street I go in and I am 11 minutes late and they won’t see me because I am 1 minute past the 10 Minute grace period. when I tried to talk to the woman about the parking and construction issues I was cut off with a “Sorry ma’am”. ( Not in a Polite way). This place should let patients know that they may have to park city blocks away from the office so we can adjust our scedule accordingly, if I wasn’t poor I wouldn’t have to go back to this place. I guess you don’t have to be Conscientious or polite when people have no other choice but to use your affordable services.
They schedule you for an appointment time that you CAN'T be late for so that you can sit in their waiting room for an hour or so and watch other people with no appointment get seen as soon as they walk in. And the heavy women behind the counter hardly want to even move. Least favorite place of all time. Would recommend prison over coastal family health center.
