Avoid this place! There is no professionalism at all. You are better off going to the emergency room if you have an acute issue that may require an X-ray or require someone to discuss results with you. They treat the elderly as if they are incompetent and less than. When you call for information, you are forwarded from one person to the next, and when you do get someone, they either hang up on you or tell you whatever to get you off of the phone. They will not even report abnormal labs to you and if you have limited medical expertise, you can forget receiving any education on anything (labs, x-rays, etc.) Beware, protect your sanity if you are any kind of person with decency, morals, or organization. Don't get me wrong. All the apples are not bad, but majority are.

This has been one of my worst experiences at a doctor or dentist office. My appointment was for 10:00 (I arrived on time) and it is 12:15 and I still haven't seen the dentist. When I arrived, there were several people in the office that said that they were walk-ins and one lady that said she arrived late for her appointment, nevertheless I was skipped all over. I decided to follow the chains of command so I told the reception clerk that I felt like some people were skipping me. She told me to let her do her job. I continued to sit another hour until I called and got the director's number. The director came down and asked if anyone skipped and left right out. She never said,"I'm sorry that you have been waiting for over 2 hours" or "we are a little backed up and it won't be much longer"! The clerk even told me that I would be here until 5:00pm.. People need to be mindful of the way they treat others. #FairnessGoesALongWay #MangementIsJustAsWorst #WeAreOurOwnWorstEnemies #StillHere #ShouldHaveBroughtLunch

It was good! The only thing I don't like is that it takes so long to see ur doctor and people try to get in ur spot. But the doctors there are awesome and they sit there and actually listen to you!
