I am so happy to finally be able to share how I was treated. My daughter started complaining of pain, numbness, and discomfort give or take a few about a month ago. We just got a new health insurance in January and currently waiting for our upcoming appointment at the a new PCP. She started not feeling well and I had to do something and fast. I have taken her to 2 doctors and the ER with no results. The 1st doctor did nothing just gave her steroids and told her to go to her primary care physician. The ER ran serval test but in the end told us to go to her primary care physician. The 2nd doctor office ran no test , would not listen to her concerns, only went off what the ER test result stated, and in the end brushed us both off to rush us out of the office. My daughter told me to just give up because no one would listen to her. She felt no one believed her and no one cared. I cared and I wasn’t going to give up. So I prayed and I looked through our insurance company PCP list and I found your office. The 1st time I called the representative gave me some information I felt I needed. So I hung up and called my daughter again. She felt there was no point in even trying to go to another doctor by baby was giving up. Oh! But Mama wasn’t not by a long shot. I called back to your Southaven office the same representative allowed me to cry and tell her everything my daughter was going through. I told her that my daughter was feeling there was nothing that can be done but she wanted a doctor to listen to her. She went looking there the list of doctors and nurse practitioners. She told me she knew the nurse practitioner Knox will listen and help my daughter. She was not wrong. My daughter and I both went to the office scared that we would leave the office with no results. No answers to her many questions. More importantly what is wrong with my daughter who is in pain. From the time we made it into the office until we left I felt welcomed. Now the waiting room was kinda lengthy but she is a new patient. The clerk at the front desk helped me with my insurance getting processed. Then when we went to the back the nursing assistant listened to my daughter and me. We were not cut off or rushed she heard my daughter completely out. Oh! When Nurse Practitioner Knox came in the she was already equipped with some knowledge of what my daughter was experiencing. She listened….She listened to my daughter. As we left she felt heard scared but she felt heard. On Tuesday Nurse Practitioner Knox was calling and giving her the results of all her test. She had already sent her prescription to our pharmacy. I had gotten the notification for the prescription being processed before she called. All test results were online for her to review. Now I am so sorry this is a lengthy response to your survey. This had to be told. Thank you to ALL your staff at the Southaven and Byhalia locations for helping my daughter. She isn’t 100% well but at least she knows what she needs to do to maintain her health. Now we all can get ready for her graduation on 8/3/2024 from U of M because your staff heard her out.
I love NEMH. Everybody is nice. And you’re not there for hours. They don’t put you in a room and forget about you’re there. I will recommend it to everyone.
Nurse Newsome is an awesome Nurse Practitioner! My 1st visit, she made me feel comfortable, as if she’s been my Nurse! She’s on top of her job!! The triage nurse was very friendly! 👍🏾 The whole visit was wonderful! I Will be going back
Staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Huddleston is extremely professional and makes u feel comfortable during the entire visit. She asks if your ok do you need to readjust. Overall awesome experience never had a bad experience!
I have gone to Fast Pace Health several times and the service has been phenomenal each time! The system that they have in place for seeing patients allows you to not have to sit at the location all day waiting to be seen. You can make your appointment and save your space in line. Additionally, you can complete registration online. They were spot on in diagnosising my family's health issues. I would recommend them any time.
