This hospital fundamentally misunderstands consent. They will pressure you into accepting things you refused over and over, keep asking you the same question over and over until they get the answer they want, refuse to share documents with you and force you to sign saying you received it when you didn't.

Worst experience ever! I have scheduled an appointment for my baby 4 times in a row and somehow they manage to cancel it every time, and notify me not until I am already here. This is so inconsiderate, because I have had to take time off from work every single time. The nurses are the ones scheduling the appointments and who knows what they have in their brains… it was until today that they told me I wasn’t supposed to come to the appointment in the first place, but they have been rescheduling it again and again. Never coming back to this place. Also, they never pick up the phone. You guys suck!

I love Riverland Health. There are already too few health clinics that care for the less fortunate, let alone be treated with such empathy and care. I am very grateful for the entire team at Riverland Health. They really care and work as hard as they can to help those that need help the most.

The Doctors are Great! Dr. Teagan is the best. However if you try to schedule an appt be ready to wait on hold for 30 plus mins. I've called here many times and the shortest time I've waited on hold is 10 minutes. When I have to schedule an appt over the phone I make sure I have at least 30 minutes set aside from my day to do so. It's sad that I have to schedule time to wait on hold for an appointment. Do better

The staff was very friendly, my daughter had her physical and sports check-up and she loved it. The appointment was very easy to get thanks to a health promoter 🤗 The parking lot is amazing 🤩
