This isnt a review for services although I am glad that they take medicaid. Finding a dentist that does is hard! I just wanted to say that I love the fact that they are helping the community with the new food and clothing shelf!
Had a great dental experience here. Friendly staff and dentists.
This is the worst unprofessional dental place that I have ever been to. I had a procedure to have one of my teeth removed and after hours of the dentist playing in my mouth, he then said he removed part of the tooth and left a piece there that he could not remove and I needed to go to a sedation center to have it removed. The dental assistant walked me to the front desk and walked away. mind you I am in so much pain. I asked for pain medication and was given two tablets to take. I asked if I could get referred to Fargo to get this piece of the tooth that was left in my mouth removed and the front desk person who was the only one helpful assisted. I asked the dentist for antibiotic pills to avoid infection after I was told that the sedation place I was referred to had no opening until the 30th of May. The dentist said to give my name and pharmacy and a prescription will be sent. Which I did give. No pain meds were sent home with me. I left and went home. Could not sleep the whole night. Morning my left whole face swallowed in so much pain. Called the dental office and someone picked up. As to speak with someone about what was happening and was told the nurse would call me back. I wondered if my prescription was sent and was told yes it was. The nurse did call after and spoke with me about using cold compression on my face. Told her thanks and the phone went off. Drove to the pharmacy in pain to get medication and they had none for me. I called the dentist office again and was told they were busy and would call me back. Someone at the pharmacy said she could call and I agreed. The girl from the pharmacy called and the receptionist told her that the nurse or dentist would get back to her and up till now nobody has reached out or ever sent the prescription. I call again because my mouth begins to smell and of course, it would because I have a piece of tooth left in my mouth with no antibiotics to take. I am disgusted with the lack of empathy, unprofessionalism behavior, putting patients at risk of infection, and showing no sense of care towards a patient's health. Had to rush into the emergency room for pain medication and the smell that was coming from my mouth. I will definitely be taking legal action. How can this place leave me in so much pain and refuse to help me? I have never seen anything like this. I called back for the name of the place that the dentist referred me to and was given the wrong number. I Googled the place and got the right number. Till now the dentist hasn't sent in the prescription.
Jill an the dentist were amazing, I came in kinda later an was looking like they weren’t gonna be able to fit me in today but Jill saw the pain I was in a said sense she’s here let’s just get it done an pulled my tooth Thank you very much I appreciate every single one of you
By far the best place my family and I have ever been too!! The dentist is now something we can do and not feel judged! Everyone there are so nice! Everyone there should know that they're the best!!
