I visited this clinic about two weeks ago and was very disappointed with my experience. The receptionist (a woman with pink locs, I believe her name was Danae) behaved in a way that I found highly unprofessional. She was using profanity and openly discussing her personal and sexual life in the lobby area while patients were present. It created an uncomfortable environment for everyone, including the other front desk staff and even the security guard, who appeared so uncomfortable that she stepped away. Because of this behavior, I chose not to proceed with my walk-in testing and left before completing my registration. First impressions matter, and the front desk sets the tone for the entire clinic. Unfortunately, this experience did not inspire confidence in the professionalism of the facility. I ended up going to the Central location instead, where I was assisted by a courteous and professional young man. That experience was much more in line with what I expect from a healthcare provider. I would recommend visiting that location if you’re seeking a more professional environment

Couldn’t get into my regular primary clinic for almost two months so I looked at surrounding clinics in the area and came across this one. I was able to get it right away and the service was excellent. I was satisfied with my care. Even considering making it my primary care provider.

Fremont clinic is a much-needed lifeline. Special thanks to Dr. Mark Vint and the wonderful nurse Tamou. I am terrified of needles and she definitely makes it easy to face my fears with needles. I also want to thank the front desk staff today for operating so smoothly.
