Don’t bring your kids here. Dentist told a three year old that “if the light is too bright just close your eyes” when there was sun glasses on the counter right next to him the same dentist told my three year old to look at him “because my eyes can’t see around the corner.” You’re a joke.

If I could give zero stars I would. Go in to get a tooth pulled a zillion shots later and my mouth is completely jacked he sent me out with the tooth loose in my mouth! Said refer to oral surgery. Here I am almost a month later already and they still can’t send the right xray to oral surgery for me to be able to schedule that appointment! I’ve called multiple times took two weeks for them to send a 2 year old xray! It’s literally like third world dental care. This place should be shut down! My son went a week after that appointment and the assistant dropped a spacer right into his throat! He literally almost puked trying to get it out of his throat! Again this place should be shut down! Absolute worst care and customer service by far! I have insurance they still sent me a bill and did not bill the Insurnace. It takes months of calling and sitting on hold on Thursday mornings to be able to even schedule with them. Let that be your sign to look elsewhere for care. You’ll be better off anyway.

I have been dealing with a tooth infection for the year on and off. I have been seen by urgent care multiple times to be put on antibiotics for this infection. Finally I was told this is only a bandaid and I need to see an emergency dentist. Okay fine, well part of seeing a dentist is you'll have a referral sent to said place. This was sent to LSCHC. Did LSCHC call me on the first referral? No they did not. Went months dealing with this infection and no call. Went to urgent care AGAIN for same issue. Was told the referral was sent before but they would send it again. Miracles happen I did receive a phone call from LSCHC telling me my appointment was at 10:45am. Exhausted from the fact I had to wait weeks at this point just to finally get an appointment, I show up at 9:30am to be told me appointment was at 9:00am. I stated to rude receptionist who obviously doesn't give two cents about you that I was told 10:45. She responded with "You can wait and see if someone doesn't show up and we can get you in." Lady I have a job which is at night I don't have the time nor the sleep deprived power to sit here and wait. She also told me I could come in tomorrow at 12:00. Why so I can be told the same thing as today? What a joke. Read other reviews about this place and you'll see there is obviously a scheduling problem then or people have had similar experiences. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Rude staff that should be held accountable for the way they treat people over the phone and in person.

Went to LSCHC for the first time yesterday, what an AMAZING experience! I felt heard and seen for the first time ever in the healthcare system. I left feeling hopeful and with a plan of action. Thank you Brittany Hamm and her team! Things to note: accessible seating for all bodies in the lobby and in the rooms, asked for pronouns at the front desk, accessible parking lot out front, elevator access, so much community help options!

I have issues trying to schedule an appointment. My daughter was seen for a routine visit and needed 7 fillings and a tooth pulled. We made that appointment and the only thing they did was pull a tooth. They never filled her other teeth. She was seen by united way dental recently and was referred here again by them for the same dental work. No one ever answers the phones. So now idk what to do the other referral was to the u of m dental school for dental work. That's 3.5 hrs from my house. Duluth is still 1.5 hrs from me.
