Been going here since 2019, friendly staff and not to long wait time. The providers care about your health and work with you on what you want for your health also. Great place highly recommended.

Overall, lovely place, provider, Anna NP, and CNA, Bob were thorough, welcoming and with evident professionalism and knowledge. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is the front staff was not so friendly. I know busy is busy but it is a nice gesture of respect to acknowledge another’s presence. When the other gal got off the phone she was so friendly and warm…….so really overall very good experience and I’m happy the Traverse Health Clonic is where I go for primary care. Maybe I was too quick…….overwhelmed happens to us all sometime.

I've always felt that the people who work there are interested in providing care rather than making money.

I have been going to Traverse Health clinic for several years now, although my provider has changed once or twice, any replacement they have hired has gone above and beyond to make me feel just as comfortable as my previous provider. Will be with this clinic for a long time.

Anna K and Anna B have both been tremendously helpful. SO sad they've left. Rachel has taken over and so far so good, she's very explanatory and makes me feel heard! However their billing has fallen downhill some. I've always been up to date with payments and they threw a $500 bill at me from my previous insurance that they weren't billing correctly. Now that makes for poor planning/ budgeting for everyone.
