My spouse went in for a new doctor and felt so ignored. Refused to refill her ADHD medication because the doctor felt its over diagnosed and "anybody can feel good on ADHD medication". My spouse has chronic pain and they didn't refill her pain meds. They doc tried to get her to switch to their therapist multiple times but she already has a good therapist. He also tried to get her to switch her antidepressants multiple times but the one she has is working for her, so instead they decreased her dosage without telling her. She felt like the doctor wasn't listening to her at all with the way she felt. First time being there and had a bad experience. Im seeing a few others having the same issue. I hope they can get people working there who actually care about what the patients are saying.
Absolutely AWEFUL!! from prescribing my mother CANCER causing hormones, to getting her hooked on a drug, then abruptly quitting prescribing it cold turkey to where she went through withdrawals 5 x landing her into the ER to help with those withdrawals. Of all the drugs they could have prescribed her for anxiety they prescribe a controlled substance drug then make her go through withdrawals!!! AWEFUL from Dr. Runyon to Dr. Buday and any other provider there!!!!
Best place I ever went to to get help I truly needed , all of the staff was wounderful !!!!!!!!!n very concerned about what they can do for you, to make a better day . thank you everyone it works !!!!!!
Most of the staff here are simply amazing. My biggest complaint which is the same as many other families I know is that the frequency pediatricians leaving/retiring and the families get ZERO notice. We see them and the try to make an appointment within a few months and their child's doctor has left and they haven't been updated until they call and inquire.
😄Sad to say this is my favorite clinic in the north! From scheduling, reception, hygienist to Dr, EVERYONE is amazing! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, helpful....all of them! Clean environment too. Highly recommended.
