This happened a few years back but it's still affecting me and making me upset everyday so I figured I'd review. When doc do or whatever his name was still worked there they tried telling me I needed hardware removed from the right side of my jaw for infection. I pushed them off because I knew It didn't need to be done. One day I get a call for an appointment I didn't make saying I needed to come in to have it done. I gave in and did it, they didn't use any anesthesia and cut my gums open and unscrewed my hardware from my jaw in a dentist chair. I now have a galore of issues related to what this doctor did (said by "actual" doctors) and both looked at the xray this place took and said there was no reason to remove it. Do not trust this place with anything serious.

The last few times I've gone the waits been really long and they continue to lose providers. It's a bummer because it seems like a One-Stop shop you can do medical therapy dental pharmacy but when you have to wait 2 hours between your appointment and pharmacy it's a lot.

I've been here off and on for almost 20 years. Not by choice. It was my only option. If you have adhd or need stimulants, they treat you like a drug addict. My son, when he turned 18,i had no choice but to bring him here. He had been on the exact same adhd medication (and dosage) for at least 5 years. Because of the way they treat those with adhd meds, he opted to stop taking his medication. He is now grumpy and easy to anger because he doesn't have his meds and refuses to be treated like an addict for simply needing his medication. Stop excusing that crap policy as "company policy." It's dehumanizing and you know it!

Dr. Johnson is an angel and her assistant Alicia too. They made me feel so comfortable and safe and kept making sure to ask if I was doing okay during an extraction. All in all had a great experience there and the rest of the staff was friendly and worked very quick to gwt me back.
