Always has been a pleasant and excellent staffed place over the years, and have gotten real good care with the good doctors there!
Used to be happy with them when Jodi and Paul drenth worked there. When they left I was forced to have new doctors for me and my son, they tried giving us newly graduated students that were pushing treatments we aren't comfortable with, and then I switched again and they gave me a older woman, Abby hunter, who forced my sons foreskin back, tearing it in four spots, and she was not held accountable for going against newer research and medically abusing my son, nor did they allow us to even switch to someone else so we left. All the medical research says you don't ever FORCE foreskin back especially when the child wasn't even 18 months not even close to when they say it begins detaching on its own (3 years)
I’ve been a patient for over 10 years here. I love the fact that I can visit one location for most every service needed. Having the pharmacy and lab on-site is a big plus. Staff is always helpful and efficient. Billing helped me handle insurance issues when I needed assistance too.
Zero stars. I tell my doctor I’m 99% sure i have a specific chronic illness. Only a handful of doctors in the state are knowledgeable about the condition and i SHOWED HER which ones from Ehlers Danlos Society website. Instead she just assumed anyone at U of M could help me. After not sending my referral paperwork, it took 2 months for me to get an appointment. then UM tells me they do not diagnose or treat Ehlers Danlos. Listen to you patients and a national database instead of just sending them anywhere. Abby Hunter doesn’t actually get you taken care of. She also prescribed me “pain” meds when i specifically said i cannot have anything for depression/mental health because of side effects of missing a dose. What did she do? Gave me anxiety and depression meds that make you have brain zaps when you forget one dose. Literally can’t listen to my requests. Don’t go here.
Lacey Gardner is my doctor and has been for 10 year and she does a phenomenal job, Kelly is my nurse and she does a great job doing my tests and keeping me feeling safe. Shout out to Christine she does my labs there at Isabella citizens for health and she gets my blood drawn woth one poke and usually it takes people at least three pokes!!! I love myself doctors and I love the system they use thank you for caring for me you guys love - Eternity Native Welcome Page Rahrig
