Currently been going here a couple of years. I am leaving this office. Im trying to get my FMLA paperwork completed by them and its due today. They have had it since last week earlier in the week. If i don't get it in, i have to redo it all over again but i need it NOW. I didn't have a problem with them before, but things keep happening that messes with my health. From doctors not being able to practice because of licensing and making me switch them, to the old building being a disaster. Now they are even further away, which is not a bad thing since they got out of that dungeon they were in. But this with the doctor switching, further away and not completing my FMLA paperwork yet. (Hopefully someone sees this TODAY) It's due today and you have it, but you wont answer the phone. On hold for nearly an hour now and you're about to go on lunch. What do we as patients need to do in order to get care at "Care free medical?" Completely unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband has been suffering for weeks because they won't call him back to refill his meds. He is now missing work due to being out of his medication. He has called almost everyday leaving messages for TWO WEEKS!!!!! super unprofessional

I have been reading the reviews on here as far back as 2 years. It sounds like people need to learn patience and compassion. The amount of uninsured, homeless, underprivileged people out here is sad. I myself live in poverty because of my health. Dr Bhatti is the ONLY DOCTOR THAT WOULD LISTEN TO ME. And now it's a possibility that sleep apnea is causing my health problems. He has truly given me hope that I'm not just imagining this stuff. He also said we can talk about going back to work at my next appointment. If not it's ok cause he's helping me. I'm actually getting results. THANK YOU DR BHATT!!! I also think if ya don't like the office, don't go and you won't have to worry about trying to leave bad reviews 😁😱🤯

This place is A HUGE JOKE…my 16-year-old daughter has a mental health therapist through here that she has been able to see once in the last 6 months…although, she’s been scheduled to have therapy through here 6 times in the last 6 weeks. She continues to get the run around with being told it’s in person one week and then Telehealth the next ONLY to NEVER follow through either way and they NEVER communicate that the appointments are canceled. Meaning they waste their patients time and apparently don’t know how to use the phone because a SIMPLE PHOBE CALL WOULD DO. Way to DROP THE BALL CAREFREE.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! My dad’s doctor (Dr Bhadi and Amanda) never return calls back when patients have medical questions. Amanda called me three weeks ago threatening to call the courts because my dad is non verbal due to a stroke (said if he didn’t have someone advocate for him she would do this) but is very much able to comprehend what is communicated to him and chooses to do visits on his own to keep some sort of independence and he also drives so a guardian isn’t necessary. She ordered a stool sample for him because he hasn’t had a colonoscopy yet and that was turned in three weeks ago. I told her I would handle his medical needs for communicating and I’ve called literally 10 times over the last two weeks and she doesn’t care to call me back. The hypocrisy is sane! How can you threaten to call the courts yet YOU are VERY clearly not concerned about his health!? I hope she reads this and is completely disgusted with herself. This is literally the most bottom of the barrel doctors office I’ve ever seen in my life (I’m a type 1 diabetic so that says a lot). Not only this situation but every time my dad has a new symptom they just shove him out the door with a ton of pills and don’t truly heal people. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone! Horrible healthcare, no call backs, and the people at the front desk are extremely rude.
