I see alot of negative reviews here. My first experience at the family health center was terrible. I came back again to see if another person could help, I found the best doctor and therapist I've had in my 32 years of life. My experiences with the doctors Dan and Amanda and the therapist Kalica, I couldn't recommend anyone else better, they helped save my life and are truly great and compassionate people. I hope this helps someone out there, and always remember there's more than one doctor there and in my humble experience I couldn't ask for anymore from the 3 members I listed. They truly care🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Don’t even waste your time going here. I know my body very well and I certainly had real symptoms, all they did was a simple urine analysis, give me a half ass vaginal exam, the lady was just pushing all around my vagina she didn’t swab or anything.. and said “well I’m looking at it and don’t see any issues” even though my pain was internal lol. Then sent me on my way saying there’s nothing wrong and acting like I was making it up, 2 days later I’m in the ER with kidney stones, I also have a history or utis and kidney stones and it also could’ve been something else they didn’t think to give me any additional tests other than the urine analysis, in the ER they did way more in depth urine analysis and CT, and I’m finally diagnosed! I had pain for an extra 2 days that I didn’t need to. And luckily it wasn’t something more serious. Like why am I even making Dr appts just to get no answers and end up on the ER anyway?

I see Amanda Harrington for medical and Justina Crow for my behavioral health and both these ladies have helped me so much in the last few years diagnosing medical problems didn’t know I had. I will continue with them for as long as they will have me in their care. Getting answers to why you feel the way you do is so important. I’ve dealt with back and other chronic pain and got some answers to why that was and this is over a decade of experience.

This place is even lucky to get two stars from me answering service line for emergencys after hours are rude and horrible people they will make you seem like it's your fault for being in pain and try to press you that your fine it isn't serious when it is the most rude one I have met was Mr or Ms Jackson they got mad cause I called at 1am about my son I don't see why it's a problem regarding the well-being of my child? Even the doctors I have seen were very rude to me about the physical health problems I have had.The only person who has me keep going to this place is me and my sons doctor she is the only person to actually care and be helpful. I definitely DO NOT reccomed anyone else going to this place.

If you value your life and health, stay far away. Doing their job is too much effort for them, so you can forget about them actually caring. I'm looking for the contact information to report this facility to if anyone can help. I was told when I first moved here a few years ago to stay away from this place and I thought the person was exaggerating. Sadly, it was the opposite. I'm disgusted by what I've experienced here and it won't stop at this review. I will not let others suffer for my inactivity. You're just another number to get them more funding and they have absolutely no problem allowing you to suffer (and be nasty about it and blame you in the process) to make their own jobs easier. Idk which is worse - their excuse for a pharmacy or their excuse for a health center. STEER CLEAR IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!! Btw, your pharmacist threatening a patient over the phone bc theybraised their voice after said pharmacist raised his, is NOT a good look and will be one of the highlights of my report. Great job, guy. And spare us the pretending to not know if we're "really patients". If y'all wouldn't be so horrible and then refused tondo anything about it, your very real patients wouldn't have to come here to rant.
