I had a wonderful experience at the Urgent Care in Houghton Lake. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. PA Dana was awesome! I felt that he communicated very well with me and showed concern for my issue. The "mature" woman that fitted my boot was also very pleasant. I called the next day to ask a question and my call was returned immediately by Heather who was also very helpful. She even Googled a doctor's name so that she could provide me with his phone number. I was very impressed. All of these people need to be recognized for their professional manner

I’ve been trying to establish with a primary care provider since my last provider left this establishment. I’m completely out of medication and no one will refill it unless I’m seen. Just had to reschedule an appointment I’ve been waiting for. Now I’ll be without my medication for another month. Is this the absolute best that can be done?

I visit often to get my allergy injections so I have come to know many of the staff throughout the years. Ashley always does an awesome job at the front desk making my check-in a breeze, and the nurses in the doctor's suite are all fantastic! Great job!

My autistic daughter finally has a dr that isn't afraid to prescribe her medicines and the inside of this place is a kids dream come true. They have 2 pediatric psychiatrist in the building if needed, as well as taking care of her primary care. Dr Mc Morrow finally gave me confidence in a Dr in our area, for the first time EVER. In and out and everyone was very friendly.

I see Deb with addiction medicine, and from the first call I had with this office I knew it was going to be a great experience. My doctor is truly just AMAZING- she takes so much time speaking with me truly making me feel heard and cared for.
