I was doing good on my treatment until Jessica Heacock, PMHNP decided to take me off medication and discharge me as a patient because she’s on some bizarre power trip. I know she’s a new provider so she doesn’t have a lot of experience and is bound to make mistakes, which is why I’m concerned. She is exposing Cherry Health to potential litigation for patient abandonment and medical malpractice. I was given no notice whatsoever and now I have to go from being on a stable treatment that works to starting back over. You should immediately terminate this medical provider and I intend to have her medical license reviewed by the board. She is the most unprofessional medical provider I have ever met in my entire life. Get rid of her now!

I love this place and it does a lot of good but tell me why the lady at the front desk lied to me about the walk in clinic at this location? I got there on time and could've been seen within the window. I have an incredibly severe dental emergency and I was either given the wrong info or lied to. Now I have to wait even tho I had an organized ride, I dont have a car so that'll be fun trying to find a ride back to this location at 7:30am. I dont have money for an Uber back here later because I had to spend the money on that on getting a ride immediately back home because there is literally nothing I can do. Its either that or I sit here for 4 and a half more hours until the next window. Also, it says on your website that you guys have orthos in the walk in clinics, you do not.

Went to see a Pediatrician Dr. Elizabeth for my son 2 times in a row and within those 2 times she had me admit my son to the hospital both times for his weight gaining issues most likely due to him being a premature baby and after the 2nd visit we had with her she reported me to CPS and said my son was malnourished even though he wasn’t at all and got cleared to go home both time after 3 days each visit. She just didn’t give any advice other than sending us to the hospital every visit as well as not being a good enough doctor or person for that matter and she was wrong absolutely 100% wrong I will never recommend her to anyone she’s by far the worst pediatrician I’ve had ever. Never again!

Went for my annual eye exam, as always they did a great job from the time I checked in till the end even helping me with ordering new glasses and they even adjusted my old glasses for me. great experience to all the staff everyone was great
