This place is fantastic. The pharmacy is spot-on in terms of accuracy, the doctors are top-notch professionals, and it's close to my home. I'm really glad I found this place.
Doctors do not listen. They do not care about people only pushing pills and getting a paycheck instead of digging deeper to help patients! When you tell them you’re experiencing something like “I have difficulty breathing” They reply with “your breathing is fine” Do not go here, find somewhere else to go.
The pharmacy here is absolutely horrible. Very unhelpful and downright rude!! I'm staying with my parents after major surgery, and had some of my prescriptions transferred here. What a mistake!! A certain female in the pharmacy is claiming my doctor is not on my insurance plan. Well I've had that same doctor for 17 years and never had a problem filling my medicine. She refused to help me in any way and acted like how dare I bother her. Very sad as now I've missed taking the doses I need because of her laziness and rudeness. Avoid using the pharmacy if you can. Thanks East Jordan pharmacy for the warm welcome to your town....NOT!!!!
It’s very unfortunate but the staff at this office are extremely unkind. You are not greeted by any staff but instead looked at like your in the wrong place. This office is open 9am-6pm, I received my “results” call at 6pm as they closed so I could not return the call until the next day this was Tuesday. It is now Friday I have called and left countless voice mails and have not heard back about my test results at all. I have now been on hold for 10 minutes waiting for my results. I sadly don’t recommend either family health centers I’ve never felt they have the best at heart for any of there patients.
Don’t go here. The only one who seems to have anything useful to say is the office manager. I made an appointment a month ago and after talking to two different people they told me I can’t be seen the day of my appointment time for myself. However, i still have an appointment for my son. Then when I get into the appointment with my son… I’m letting the doc know that I can’t just come down for any cancelled appointment because I’m coming from further away… clearly I want to help my son or i wouldn’t be here. He stops talking and looks me dead in the eye and says well maybe you should find a different doctor then. I’m sorry my family dynamic doesn’t fit your mold. I do not believe that, that was a valid response to me trying to let you know my situation while also trying to help my child. No one seems to want to be very helpful. If you say anything that isn’t “normal” like questioning things you’re just being a problem.
