Brenda Miller is a very thorough, patient, & professional worker. Thank you for all of your help & guidance. She makes you feel comfortable and is very efficient.
Brenda Miller was very helpful with helping me to apply for Medicaid Insurance. It was done very timely & accurate.
I always had a okay experience in the past, I really don't like the fact my pcp keep changing. Anyways I never even heard of patients having to find a alternative medication on there own this is the first. I have a lot going on and it like members and staff want me to do there jobs for them because that is not required! It shouldn't be a problem figuring that out. It it was somethingto purchase say that otherwise I'm waiting on something that was never supposed to be fill. I would have say something like I prefer something througy insuranceis possible. And then when I Finally manage to do that and its urgent for me. my pcp takes her time even trying to do it for me. I explained my struggle and most is on file where is the actual support for the care of patients. After I found what she told me and talk personally to her she wanted me to then call the front office again! At that to give them my alternative meds ( like maybe I want that info confidential ) HIPAA laws like idk, Something just doesn't make sense, Doctor G.fields is very dissimisive and I'm Highly disappointed in the care I received her lately ! People Have to understand it not what you say buy how you say it for one. And treat people the way you would want someone to treat you in certain situations. I'm a young adult I'm going to have questions even if they sound similar I obviously ask because it was never enough clarity in the first place. And ik I don't came off as rude, like now I have to wait next week and she know it was urgent. I can't keep expressing myself hoping for a better results I tried and no how nice I say thing her response is the same. Cutting you off mid sentence, and don't even ask enough question to asses your health properly like 😒😞
These new providers , doctors or whatever is hell are rude and ik its cause I'm young like don't be talking to me any type of way same for when I call them like who in charge here. And like we're is Ms Robinson very much better!
Brenda Miller was very patient & understanding with my Medical & Food Assistance. She assisted me with calling to change my PCP, & she helped me to reapply for Food Assistance. She also scheduled an Appointment for me to see C. Robinson. She was great to work with.
