Only seen my doctor once im currently 7 months pregnant. Its so hard to get in contact with him. The facility never gave him my paperwork for my medical leave so not I don’t get paid. This place is ridiculous!!

I was seeing Dr. Cain for 2 years. She’s very slow, always canceling appointments, and when I had a disagreement about my appointments with her, she waited until the day before my appointment to have the front desk call and lie and say she doesn’t take my insurance. So I asked “since when” the lady at the front desk said “never” girl I’ve had the same insurance the whole time. Needless to say I’ve been out of my critical medicine because of their negligence. I hate this office. Even pediatrics is full of it.

This is the absolute worst place to take your kids too. They set a appt.to have you wait. The male that works in the back is very rude and impatient, they have no organization once you get to the back. My daughter appt was at 1:30 i we were in the back waiting for a room until 3pm to still not be seen. If you like waiting and have absolutely nothing else to do for the rest of the day, this is your place
