I’m not usually the type of person to write reviews, as I strongly believe in second chances and that mistakes can happen. However, this is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue. I have been a CHASS patient for 23 years, and it is extremely disappointing and frustrating how long it takes to receive a medication refill—especially for mental health. I suffer from depression and high anxiety and have been on Lexapro for the past five years. This is an ongoing medication that I requested to be renewed before I ran out. Despite requesting the refill in advance, I did not receive any response. I have now been without my medication for four days and am experiencing withdrawal symptoms, including chills, dizziness, and nausea. This situation could have been completely avoided with timely communication and follow-through. Mental health medications are not optional, and delays like this can have serious consequences for patients. I have proof of the dates I requested the refill, and I truly hope this is addressed so other patients do not have to go through the same experience.
Takes me days to get my prescriptions for my insulin & I have to make multiple calls to get the prescription confirmed staff is very lazy. I need to find a new clinic because its a hard time every encounter I have with this pharmacy
CHASS is amazing - yes, sometimes the wait is a little long but it's worth it especially if you need affordable care. The service they provide is great, and all the workers are so nice and make you feel comfortable during your appointments. Most importantly, they provide accessible and AFFORDABLE care for anyone.
Trying to make appointments is hard they either don't answer or leave you on hold part of the reason I left but Doctor J. Hall is a wonderful doctor he cares about his patients
Worst place to have a dr when half the appointments require a medical personal to schedule appointments and then you never recieve them and have to call back to have them call you....very long wait times...some of the drs and nurses are very good but some are not and some make you feel like they don't really care and just want you out of the clinic. I will be looking for a new office to go to since this has been an issue for the last 3 years and nothing is changing for the good just getting worse!
