I love the concept of this place! It is a wonderful integration for our community especially with the large senior population here. However, this location in reference to medical care has gone down the drain. They don't have an x-ray machine. With an exception to Dr. Macon who is unfortunately no longer apart of the team and the nursing staff... No one there seems the least bit interested in your well-being. You feel like a piece of paper there... assumptions are made about your diagnosis without running comprehensive tests. The nurses show more compassion, concern and seemingly have more knowledge than the NP. I don't even know who the doctor is that they work under because I have never seen or am ever offered to book an appointment with them. This place really needs to hire more compassionate staff who actually care about building a report with clients so they are able to give individualized care... instead of treating all patients and their illnesses the same regardless of age, race, sex, family medical history, work... Just be warned if you are looking for a new family medical facility... this place has a lot of growth to work on to get there... right now it's a less equipped urgent care without the urgent care hours.

I will not recommend this place. My insurance company told me to go there because my son and I took him there. I had an appointment at 4:30. They gave me the wrong directions. The lady said she don’t know where she’s at and then they made me wait and I was gonna wait and wait. This place is a joke. I would never recommend it to anyone. The staff are very unprofessional. They’re rude.

Fastest wait times I've ever experienced after switching doctors. Dr Macon is attentive and knowledgeable (as is the podiatrist! Idr his name ATM). I'm just so grateful to finally have doctors that listen, care and help! 🙌🏽 Everyone in this office is professional and pleasant every time I've come and I gotta say the positive attitudes I always encounter here mean So Much and it's always always appreciated 🙏🏽💖

For someone who really never liked going to the dentist, I was put at ease when I found Dr. Lauren Rush. She’s very patient, takes her time, and clearly has a lot of experience. The office is clean, the environment is welcoming, and the staff is friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dentist—hands down.
