Literally the worst healthcare you could ask for. Doctors who look at you as a nuisance and just send you on your way. There is no real healthcare here. I went to portage and seen a doctor and immediately got answers and testing done that my doctor at Grace Health never even mentioned. I don't know who hires these people, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Only go here if you have all your affairs in order because this place only wants your money and doesn’t care if you survive. They will have you waiting so long that your illness will progress to the point that something minor now is something major. The receptionists are so abrasive I could polish a granite countertop. Thank you for always making my day worse every time I have ever had to be there and never actually finding out what is wrong.
I had an appointment today and met with Dr. Rumschlag today for the first time.. she is by far the best Dr. I’ve met there by far! She helped me and listened to me and made me feel heard. I’m so happy to have her as A Dr. now and can’t wait to show her my progress in the months to come all because she understood me! Thank you Dr. Rumschlag!
The lady's at the medical window are true blessings! Literally changed my life, long story but they did everything to help me through the process of getting my medical documents for my job! Words cant describe how amazing they are! Thank you guys!
Very disappointed in my recent experience here. I had called to get a prescription refill with 4 days' supply left, and on Tuesday I left a message on the pharmacy refill line. I hadn't heard back in three days, so I called again on Friday and the pharmacy let me know that my provider had denied my refill. They informed me that my previous refill was just a courtesy, because I had not followed up with my provider since January. I was never told that this was a courtesy - the real courtesy would have been to let me know that before I was going not get my prescription refilled. Mind you, this is a drug I take for my mental health, have taken for years without issue, and if I stop taking it suddenly I could have seizures, skin rashes, or many other reactions. They knew I was going to run out still denied me, nor did they even contact me to let me know within 72 hours. I had to call them to find out. I had the pharmacy transfer me to a nurse so I could request a temporarily supply until I could have a follow up, but my provider, Kylie Mosier, denied my request. Apparently it was Grace Health's policy. The phone nurse, Kelly, was excellent and really went above and beyond for me trying to help me figure out what to do, but the only options that Grace Health offered was to go to an Urgent Care or Emergency room. I ended up going to an urgent care, and they had me in and out in 20 minutes and gave me a three months' supply. The next week on Monday, after I had already gotten a new prescription, they called me and let me know that my provider had decided to write me a two week supply. Of course, they should have figured that I would have already run out of my prescription and that I would possibly have to start again on a lower dose.
