My fiance tried scheduling an appointment to try and get his optic/neurological situation figured out (his vision is declining in his 20's and vision care said it could be swollen nerves and/or caused by neurological issues and so he wanted to inform his doctor but the lady on the phone laughed at him when he explained the situation. Seriously what's so funny about having possible neurological and vision issues?? He already hates seeing doctors and I'm trying to get him to go in more often and this just makes it even worse for him to want to get his health checked out..

We have just settled in this area and are SO grateful to have a full service place with great people! After we became patients, we used the Xray, Pharmacy and Labs all in the first week. The staff has been wonderful and helpful. I only knocked it down a point to a '4' because their patient portal is kind of clunky.

I became ill while at our cottage in Baldwin and walked in to the clinic. The receptionist was welcoming and professional and was able to get me in to see the PA immediately. The PA's assistant and the PA were welcoming and professional as well. The PA made her diagnosis and prescribed meds, which I was able to pick up at the on-site pharmacy. They provided amazing service, especially since I am not a patient of their practice. I highly recommend this clinic and the entire staff and am so happy with the care I received.

Took my 3 year old to the dentist because he broke his tooth. They are so loving and caring. They pulled it solo, without us in the room and he came out smiling. I would highly recommend this office!!!! He is currently playing with the slime they gave him, no tears for him or his anxious mother 🤣🤣🤣. Thank you so much we will definitely be using this office for all my child's dental needs.
