If I could leave zero stars I would. Wasn’t told to bring documents I needed, told I was meeting someone through finance who would go over insurance options/sliding scale fee. Had to call my husband at work and make him stop everything he was doing to email paperwork when she already knew I wouldn’t qualify for the sliding scale fee. If you make more than $40000 as a household expect to pay triple what you would at any other doctor’s office. Community first? That’s laughable. They don’t care about anyone in the community, just their money.

Im a new patient at cfhc and its been wonderful so far. The staff at the front desk are so sweet and helpful. Reasonable wait times even seems pretty quick actually. I see Brittany Anderson, and I cannot rave about her enough. She LISTENS! She's personable and easy to talk with. Not at all a stuck up white coat. I adore her and im so thankful shes my doctor.

Have had multiple Dr's here, yet continued to stay. Then chose nurse practitioner Brittany Anderson. Never received such amazing care. She has educated me, helped me with medical issues I've had for years that nobody listened. I am now getting answers and have learned to manage my Healthcare as well. Brittany Anderson is the best provider I have ever had, and the front desk staff, Carrie and MJ are wonderful. When I've had a crisis or need that was necessary right away, these girls not only handle it, but call me back to let me know it's been taken care of. And they have their own very busy days. Excellent care all around.

The office staff and doctors are very professional and friendly! The staff at the front desk are always very helpful with any questions or concerns. My whole family comes to this office to see Dr. Priebe because he is kind, very caring and a excellent doctor. The office is also very clean and welcoming!
