My mom brought here all my childhood, and I am now 32 yrs old, I set up an appointment they wait almost a month and the day before my appointment reschedule it for another 2 months away, I have physicals and immunizations I need done for school and now because of family health clinic’s unprofessionalism and lack of accountability I may not be disqualified from taking the course because of the deadline to have all these vaccines done, I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said a supervisor by the name of Lauren would call me and the issue would be escalated, after over a week I have yet to receive this call from a supervisor, just extremely unprofessional and not a dependable clinic at all. I’m currently looking to see if I can change primary care because this clinics seems to be just winging things, it’s look everybody is on a different page here.

I went to go see a nurse midwife and she took none of my concerns seriously and patronized me the entire visit basically insulating I was crazy. Her bedside manner was lacking a lot and she could at least take her clients concerns seriously even if she doesn’t think it’s a possibility. I walked out in tears basically… sometimes it’s better to just give someone the benefit of the doubt and at least give someone a proper examination even if you think it isn’t true & it doesn’t cost you anything to be a nice human being. I have seen other people here that were very sweet though, I’m sure not everyone is like this here. You might get taken more seriously elsewhere though be forewarned

It took months to get an appointment with my primary care only to have it canceled because she changed her hours. I asked for a wellness visit because I did not feel well and they tried to make the appointment for 3 months later. I ended up in the ER the next night. I booked a physical and then they cancel it. But yet I get regular calls from them to come in for tests. Horrible.

I scheduled a physical more than a year ago. I have not been feeling well. They had to schedule the appointment for 5 months later. The day before my physical they call me to cancel my appointment and said it was for a vaccine that I do not need! I literally cried! I really do not feel good! I have two lumps in my throat. I scheduled for a walk in appointment yesterday for 6pm on the second floor and everyone went home early! They did not even call me to cancel! I drove all the way there for absolutely no reason. I keep checking the text message reminder to see if I made a mistake. I still have the text message! So sad how bad they do not care and how unprofessional they actually are. They are still up and running. It’s unbelievable!
