I wish I could have given zero stars!!! Please, THE SUPERVISOR one simple thing, don't let the CELESTE answer any phone call,and best if not working there at all!! Now a person called CELESTE hung up the line in my face after I waited on the phone almost 45 muintes trying to contact someone and asking what I should do?! because I wanted to make an appointment for my mom, because she is sick and her medication ( the tablets of her high blood pressure almost done!!). Then CELESTE told me that it should be put my mom on the waiting list. Then I asked her kindly to contact with the supervisor and again, it let me waiting and waiting then came back to me and told me we can't reach the supervisor then I asked to give me the supervisor's number and name, to talk to them, then again let me waiting and waiting then came back to me after I waited about more than 15 minuets to tell me that it did not know the number or the name of the supervisor!!! Also before when I asked about it's name, told me, ok waiting, stay in the line, then after like 10 muintes came back to me and told me the name, it was CELESTE " as spelled it for me", then she blocked the line in my face!!! Is this a Community Health Center or what? because there are such abnormal patterns at all like this one!! CELESTE WAS VERY MUCH RUDE, inhuman AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!

The pharmacy staff is rude and disrespectful. We made complaints and nothing. They need new management and staffing and also customers service trainings

Had an awful experience. Treated with disrespect, lied about and lied to. They never gave it a second thought. After talking with someone in charge no apologies just brushed it off.
