They never took my health seriously. Waited 3 months for an insurance referral and still haven't been seen for my issue. Never told me my PA was leaving the practice and denied I ever contacted them for said referral even after going in person. Stay away if you want good care.

The way my health and body has deteriorated in the last year because of their neglect for prior authorizations for DME and other medically necessary things is wild. I've been trying to get a prior authorization for MONTHS but the PA person doesn't answer or respond.. I've expressed the that I CAN NOT DO DAILY ACTIVITIES normally and they still do nothing to expedite A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION I've called and asked to speak to the operations manager.... THEY AREN'T CALLING BACK EITHER. Find a facility who cares. The call log is RIDICULOUSLY long smh NO RESPONSE OR HELP FOR A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.... I CAN'T EVEN GET OVER IT ... they do nothing

The most unprofessional and disorganized dental office I’ve ever dealt with. Do not go to them for dental work. I was explicitly told I had a phone consultation scheduled for November 6, 2025, yet I received a call yesterday informing me I was supposed to be in the office for the appointment. I explained that I live an hour away and that my notes from the previous conversation clearly state it was a phone appointment to review my X-rays before scheduling the actual extraction. When I tried to follow up about my insurance coverage, I called three times and kept getting the same response: “Jamie isn’t here,” from the unhelpful and unprofessional receptionist. I asked if anyone else in the office could check whether my visits and procedures were covered, especially since I’ve been waiting since August—three months—for this consultation. One staff member told me to call back at 8 a.m., but when I did, I discovered the office doesn’t even open until 9 a.m. Overall, this office is unprofessional, disorganized, rude, and completely unhelpful. If I could give zero stars, I would. I wasted an entire day making phone calls and got absolutely nowhere.

The Dental Office on 3rd gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady and the man at the front desk were rude and impatient from the moment I walked in. I greeted them with a “good morning,” and instead of a polite response, I got a cold “how can I help you?” They didn’t even take the time to review my records properly. After booking my appointment two months ago, they suddenly told me I needed to rebook because I “haven’t been there in two years.” That makes no sense, especially since they’re the same people who scheduled the appointment in the first place. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone looking for respectful or reliable service.

Very nice staff working together as a team! But Unfortunately ive been a longterm patient, in this clinic, and im very unhappy with the three long months,i have ti wait just ti e seen,and then for my dental appointment, just cause I didnt have any toothache ,since my las visit in year 2022,I have to wait 3long mths ,and come to my dental as A new. Patient,wich is unfair, i suffer Of deep depression, and I get anxiety and panic. Attack when im out in public,and my attacks come unexpectedly. SO I CANT GET IN ANY SOONER ON EITHER SIDE, EVEN IF IVE BEEN HERE SINCE 2017.I FEEL IS UNFAIR,AND MY EHOIE. ENTIRE SUPPORT GROUP IS GONE,ALL i have is Xana..the best therapist,cauncelor, that the lord has given me,the only one still here with a few others from when i first came thru these, doors. I need my team i need my team. I truly miss the caring staff,that made my feel ormai even THRU my dark or ligure dys. Ty
