I am speechless. I'm 70 years old and I've been through my share of doctors but I have never had a doctor like Dr Katherine. She was attentive she looked me in the eye and she listened to me. She didn't treat me as a patient she treated me as a human being and that's the problem I have with doctors I'm not just a paycheck I'm a person who lives and breathes and she treated me like I was a person. She had empathy, and she really cared. Wow I was in awe when I left there. Even the staff was kind inconsiderate and caring. I have an appointment in 2 weeks and I look forward to seeing Dr Kathrine. I think she got me out of my white coat syndrome... I pray that they don't stop taking my insurance or relocate because that's what's happened in the past. I get comfortable with a doctor and then they leave or they don't take my insurance. I love this place they have everything I need right there. Dentist, Pharmacy. Thank you North shore community Health for making my life a lot bit easier. 😁😁
Dr. Kara Pesolla truly changed my life for the better. From the very beginning, she listened to me with care, took my concerns seriously, and made me feel seen and understood. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and never makes you feel rushed or dismissed. Thanks to her support and guidance, I feel healthier, more confident, and finally feel like I’m on the right path. I’m incredibly grateful to have her as my doctor and would recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who genuinely cares about their patients.
I have been a patient at this provider for less than two months and so far I have seen they are disorganized, unaccountable, and uncaring. I try to be open to the idea that perceived rudeness could be a personality clash or cultural difference. However, this practice employs some of the least socially competent individuals to handle personal health information. The incredibly unhelpful medical assistant I spoke to today apparently had her manager "hear the entire conversation" and "would have her call me back" That in and of itself is a severe violation of HIPPA.
Constantly reschedule my appointments and never calls. I can’t stand the lack of communication and help from this place just because you have masshealth instead of some upscale insurance Update: 3 weeks later and here I am getting another cancellation and asking to reschedule my nurse visit.
I have been going to them for ten years and have never seen the same Dr or nurse twice. I’ve absolutely felt like I was at the equivalent of a discount Dr experience get them in and out. Now I’ve had a visit that requires a test and they have been telling me for 6 months they sent it and haven’t. I’ve messaged them a dozen times and called even more never getting an answer or a call back. It started to get comical if it wasn’t so tragic. They kept sending a referral for the transplant department imagine getting that email on a Saturday it happened to me. What is wrong wow and then I call and they essentially ask if I need a kidney or a liver transplant. I call tell them to stop sending this and lahey kept putting appointments on for me that I had to call and cancel or I would have been charged. These family health centers should be closed for horrible medical attention.
