I've been a patient at Dimock Health Center for over 8 years. The people that work hear are so helpful and very respectful. I will love to also say that my Favorite Sercruity Gaurd with Cruches is an amazing Man. He welcomes everyone with open arms when you come in the doors a smile that can light up a room. Now for my doctor's ive been seeing for years, anything that I need they are on top of it great customer service skills 100%. I always recommend people to my clinic.
NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONES in addiction services like the detox area, css program, admissions. It goes to voicemail but you can't leave a message because mailbox is full on all phone prompts. Including to just ask for an bed!! Dropped off client. Noone has contacted me. I cant get thru to check on him. Its been 3 days!!! How does this happen???
My son went to school here. He was attacked all the time to the point where now my son was diagnosed with PTSD from other children. They also suspended him because of how he reacted after all of the damage was already done. They talk about doing trainings all the time but nothing was never really done to ensure my son’s safety, so I pulled him out. I hate what they did to my child. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Mostly good doctors, absolute garbage administrative and clerical staff. My family and I have been patients at Dimock for primary care, pediatrics, opthalmology, mental health and dental at various points in the past. I left Dimock one specialty at a time for more consistent care, shorter wait times (to get an appointment and to be seen), professional and respectful staff, and less turnover. One primary care doctor ignored obvious symptoms to provide a wildly incorrect diagnosis which could have life threatening consequences. Fortunately, she's no longer there, but luckily, neither are we. The last hold out for me was dental. Although I really liked my dentist and the hygienists, the front desk left A LOT to be desired. Rude, dismissive, ineffective and extremely poor communication and follow up. It's ridiculous patients must wait 5 months for a 10 min 'checkup', only have to wait another 5-6 months if you need additional treatments, then 7+ months for a routine cleaning, especially when you're supposed to see your dentist every six months! No ma'am! There are other, better medical practices out there.
I needed to return my eyeglasses. Twice I went there to bring the to the optical shop, both times it was closed, because the woman was out sick. No one covering. I take the ride there. I have called and was on hold for 20 minutes. Called back again and was put on hold. What i had asked, is the optical shop open. If it’s not going to be open on its regular days. Put a notice on you web page. I wanted to update this review. I was contacted by the staff at Dimock. And also got to talk with DR, Pogue. It all went very well. My glasses will be fixed. And I understand their situation better. I appreciate them getting back to me. Communication is a good thing. Mary
