I've been waiting for this appointment for months and they tell me it's been canceled. I want to schedule another appointment. They say I have to wait another year in October. They haven't even notified me that my appointment is canceled.

Dr. Ruben in the dental clinic was probably the best dentist/doctor I've ever come across, and can't say enough good things about him. He really took his time with my filling and did an incredible job, even though I was just an out-of-state case with no insurance or income, and he was very friendly, respectful, and humble. Wish all dentists and doctors treated their patients the way he treated me. Thank you very much Dr. Ruben 🙏

I would have given 5 star's but previous experiences that weren't the best, I'd of even chosen mediocre Dr than a complacent Dr who saw us as a number or what the file says,however my New PCP he deserves 5 ★★★★★ Dr Justin Thomas treat's people like actual people, I thank God I have a Dr that actually listens and cares about his patient's even going above and beyond. I gave the business 3 ★★★ but him as a Dr and as a person I can't thank him enough for being thorough and humble and I've never ever seen him be condescending with me or with any other patient's I've seen him go way out of his way to help me, I am very grateful and I appreciate all he has done. It's a good feeling to have a Dr who does care about people and his patients. I doubt most Dr's realize how they are viewed by their patient's, if you dont care about them, rush through the exam or not wanna answer questions people may have. It can be a scary, overwhelming experience and a lack of patience , will leave a Dr with a lack of patient's. Please note that this 3★★★ review is for the overall center, not my current primary care physician he would honestly get 5 ★★★★★.

I usually see woman’s health but understandably they couldn’t see me today so I was told I could go home and continue doing what I was over the counter or go to urgent care boy what that a bull show I get there wait over an hour to be seen then I get told well I was seen at woman’s health and they wouldn’t see or treat me which I sat agin until 130 pm from 1020 am the notes they read incorrectly thankfully I went back to woman’s health and told them what happened I ended up having a panic attack in the process of all this ! Finally I was seen by J.Read what an awesome person she is she listened to me evaluated me I have taken a second dose of antibiotics and I’ve broke out in a sweat and my head has stopped hurting and feel a little bit better I knew something was wrong as I wasn’t feel well at this point for 7/8 days I just think this place is being run wrong and it’s terrible to just say that to someone and treat them that way ! Period we are human beings I am currently in the process of trying to find a new provider as this place has gone way down hill since Dr Weber left . Ironically that’s how I started going there I met her when she was covering urgent care many yrs ago I honestly think as I said to her when u lose sight of what ur there for or who u are as a provider it’s time to move on and maybe few months later she announced her leaving so sad . I’m so frustrated with how I was treated today I hope this never happens again or to anyone else

I had my first experience with this health center while looking for a new PCP and also a specialist. I was able to easily get set up with both (of course the PCP was booking 9 months out for the physical but that’s the way of the world these days) but the specialist had a cancellation and I was able to see her the same day I called, which is generally unheard of when you’re a brand new patient! I am so thankful I found this office. Everyone from the greeter, receptionist, scheduler and the provider were caring and helpful. I felt like they took the time to make sure I was getting the care I needed. I feel lucky to have this health center right where I live and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
