I can’t stress enough that the front desk staff needs better training or a complete revision. You are the front line for patients. I am frustrated and disappointed with the experience I've had at this center. Each time I've called, I've been met with rudeness and a lack of interest from the front desk staff. It's really discouraging and has made me decide to not move forward with a provider within this clinic. I've also read other reviews that suggest the providers might not be much better either way. If there are any caring providers here, I wish they would find a place where their dedication would be better appreciated.
