Horrible communication over the phone every time I call they put me on hold for a long time and then hang up the call without resolving my problem or sometimes they don’t even pick up the call I have to physically walk into the clinic to solve any issues that can be solved over the phone.

If you have insurance and you like it, don't get care here In my opinion, This oart is a Fact when registering I and a few others I spoke with got new insurance even after telling them not to touch mine because I like mine and they are great, it's also the only one that my doctor takes, so yeah I went into ergent care and got the rundown that they don't except.my current insurance even know they show it on their list when I called and my own insurance toldme I can get care there, and confirmed they do accept it and no thisnwas a while ago but for some reason my first review is gone so I am updating and I don't know if the take it now but it does not matter I will wait to make itnto anyplace else because I can't have them changing it on me again and missing a very important visit just because lynn community heath wants more insured under them or whay ever, I'm sure some one there is getting paid on the backend and intake are told to push it or force it on people they think they can get away with changing on them,again in my opinion.

I moved from New Hampshire to Massachusetts do to Mass health this place was recommended I called and spoke to them about my health and and diagnosis and what I was prescribed for my condition and my concerns about not having to change my medication and they told me I would be all set and not to worry. So I transferred all my records over and on my first appointment I was told I by the doctor that on one of my medications I would have to get re evaluated in order to be prescribed the same medication I have been taking for 9 years They failed me. Then COVID 19 happened and I basically got pushed down the crack. I have zero trust or faith in the medical system. My mental health deteriated quickly. Thank god for my friends and family's moral support for me Because without them I probly wouldn't be around to even write this😞 I got denied the medication that was benifiting my health and was set back . I hope nobody has to go through that. I'm still wondering how they could get away with what they did😞

I don't know about all these other negative comments... That's been happening you can call them they always give you a call back or every time I did urgent non-urgent. And this is someone that's been with them for almost 8 years going to 20 Central at the time... 269 Union... Along with 270 Union... I've always never encountered a problem or had a problem with them. And never had a problem with their doctors or their psychiatrists.. so therefore I just want to say thanks to everybody there that truly help me out
